FASTA A CASA INSTRUCTIONS

COOK PERFECT PASTA AT HOME EVERY TIME!

HOB METHOD

(RECOMMENDED):

STEP 1. BRING A POT OF SALTED WATER TO BOIL

- ONE LITRE FOR EACH PORTION OF PASTA

- 10G OF SALT (OR ABOUT A TABLESPOON) PER LITRE

STEP 2. PUT THE SAUCE INTO A SAUCEPAN ON MEDIUM HEAT

STEP 3. BOIL THE PASTA FOR 1 MINUTE

STEP 4.  ADD THE PASTA WITH SOME OF THE PASTA WATER (1/2 CUP) TO THE SAUCE AND SIMMER FOR 1-2 MINUTES UNTIL THE PASTA AND SAUCE COMBINE TO BECOME ONE

STEP 5. ADD CHEESE, TOSS AND ENJOY!

KETTLE & MICROWAVE

(Handy for the Office):

STEP 1. PUT THE KETTLE ON

STEP 2. POUR BOILING WATER INTO BOX WITH PASTA AND ADD SALT

STEP 3. MICROWAVE FOR 2 MINUTES

STEP 4. ALLOW TO STAND FOR A MOMENT TO ALLOW STEAM TO DISPERSE, STIR GENTLY, THEN FOLD OVER 3 OF THE BOX FLAPS AND DRAIN AWAY EXCESS WATER

 - ( BE VERY CAREFUL, IT'S VERY HOT! ) -

STEP 5. ADD SAUCE TO PASTA AND MIX WITH FORK, MICROWAVE FOR ONE MORE MINIUTE

STEP 6. ADD CHEESE AND ENJOY!
