PAPPARDELLE AL RAGU ALLA BOLOGNESE  - 9.99

Our signature Bolognese style ragu.  Pancetta, beef and pork slow cooked over 4 hours and combined in the pan with butter, 14 month Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and Pappardelle, thin wide strips of pasta made from a rich egg yolk dough

TAGLITELLE CARBONARA  - 9.99

Smoked Pancetta fried until crispy then tossed with taglietelle and combined with egg, black pepper and Pecorino Romano cheese

BUCATINI ALL'AMATRICIANNA  - 9.99

A Lazio classic from the town of Amatrice. A lightly spiced tomato sauce with crispy pancetta and Pecorino Romano cheese traditionally paired with Bucatini, thick Spaghetti-like strands of pasta with a hole running through its centre

 

CASARECCE AL PESTO GENOVESE - 9

Short twists of fresh pasta with our homemade pesto, made with fresh Basil, toasted pine nuts, garlic infused olive oil and Pecorino Romano cheese. Tossed with more fresh Basil and Pecorino Romano (V*)

 

SPAGHETTI AL POMODORO E BASILICO - 7.5

Spaghetti with a light tomato sauce tossed with fresh Basil (Vegan)

 

CASARECCE AL ARRABBIATA  - 9

Literally meaning “Angry” in Italian, this spicy tomato sauce with fresh parsley and Pecorino Romano is combined with short twists of pasta (V*)

 

BUCATINI AL CACIO E PEPE  - 9

It doesn’t get more Roman than this! Thick spaghetti-like strands of pasta with a hole in the centre smothered with creamy Pecorino Romano cheese sauce and a bang of cracked black pepper (V*)

Bucatini Alla Gricia - 11

Similar to cacio e pepe, but with Pancetta!
